Certain items have a production allowance before shipping. Please ask if you are unsure if it is ready to ship, or will need to be made. 

I do my best to describe with words and pictures the quality and colours of the products offered, however, due to the nature of leather and the variability it can have, purchased products will vary slightly from what is offered online. 

Please be specific as you can with any needs or important details with your order. I do my best to anticipate any place for miscommunication and clarify in advance, so if we work together to avoid any errors, we are less likely to have any. 

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Domestic

Domestic shipping will be expedited with Canada Post unless otherwise requested. Please complete the shipping address correctly to assure it goes to the right place. 

Shipping International

International shipping will also be done with Canada Post. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

I gladly accept exchanges. Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery.

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of the shop items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns.
